Fed: Crean lashes out at Beazley's silence
Former Labor leader SIMON CREAN has lashed out at current leader KIM BEAZLEY and his
party .. accusing them of failing to support his ailing political career.
The former ACTU president is facing a battle to hold on to preselection for his safe
Victorian seat of Hotham .. in the face of a challenge from unionist MARTIN PAKULA.
Mr BEAZLEY's refusing to intervene .. and on ABC radio .. Mr CREAN is demanding to
know why he's appears to have with drawn his support.
Mr CREAN is one of six federal Labor MPs whose preselection is under threat from a
push by the party's powerful right faction in Victorian.
